We select our delivery partners with care, and deliver to as many countries around the world as practically possible. We are always monitoring the results of our delivery partners, because it's important that your gifts arrive on time, and in the same condition that they left us in.

Our carbon neutral status includes all deliveries, so rest assured that we offset the carbon footprint of every gift we deliver - no matter how far it's travelling. Your recipient's hamper will arrive in a recyclable outer box, and if you have chosen heat sensitive items (like cheese or cream), we will pack these with reusable and recyclable cool packs.

 

Our Delivery Services

 

United Kingdom (Including Highlands and Islands)

  • Standard delivery: delivered within 2 - 3 working days (Monday to Saturday) if ordered by 4pm. £5.99 or free if you spend over £50. Courier service is Evri 2 day service.
  • Named day and next day delivery: Delivered on a day of your choice (Monday to Friday) £5.99. This is a guaranteed next day service and the courier is DPD
  • Saturday and Sunday delivery: Guaranteed delivery on your chosen Saturday or Sunday (only available for mainland UK). Order needs to be placed by 1pm on Saturday if ordering for the following Sunday. £6.99 and courier service is DPD
  • Deliveries to out-of-area destinations: Deliveries to out-of-area postcodes will be delivered within two days by DPD and charged at a rate of £10 and no free delivery is available. These areas include The Northern Highlands, Scottish Islands, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and more. When you input the postcode in at the checkout, you will see your delivery options.
  • For both the named day and weekend delivery options above, the delivery cost will be charged per hamper, as opposed to for the whole order.

If you have chosen named day delivery and have selected the date to be a Monday or Tuesday after a bank holiday weekend, your order will get dispatched on the Saturday on a next day delivery service to ensure it arrives on time, so please be aware that it is likely to be delivered on the Sunday. You will be made aware of your delivery date on your confirmation email.

Please note that bank holidays and Christmas delivery dates are subject to different delivery charges.

Please also note, we are unable to arrange delivery to PO Box or BFPO addresses or similar

 

Deliveries During Hot Weather

When we have unexpected hot weather, to ensure your gift is fresh and arrives with the recipient in the best quality, any hampers with perishable items in (scones, cream and cheese) will have to be delivered on a different date. Please rest assured that as soon as temperatures drop, our delivery services will be back to normal and you will be updated with a new delivery date.

 

Order Tracking

If you ordered through your account, or added a password at the checkout when ordering online, you will have the ability to track your order online.

Order tracking can be done from within ‘My Account’

If you used the guest checkout facility and did not enter a password at the end of the checkout process, you will still receive delivery tracking emails with the details of where and when your hamper will be delivered. If you do not receive these emails or delivery is late, why not reach out to the customer care team who will be able to help you locate your order.
